This week we are increasing our mileage! I have decided my life is so busy I have to run in the morning or it is not happening! :) It seems like we are the little running family - Husband, Wife, Dog - out in the morning getting in some mileage! Too fun. This weekend Joy came over to puppy sit while Matt and I went on a date. I had a great time watching "Homewatd Bound" with her after I got home. She was sure to show me her favorite parts - she has probably seen the movie countless times. I loved it. Joy is such a sweet girl. I am glad we are neighbors!

Matt and I did our "long run" with Stacey and Alan. We really enjoyed spending time with them! What a GREAT couple!
